Bhumi Shyan means earth is sleeping. It is not good to disturb a person during sleeping in general life also. What happens when you do the same mistake??? You know very well.... Persons may awake in full anger. Same principals apply on construction also. So it is not advisable to start construction during Bhoomi Shyan.
