Count constellations from sun to moon at the desirable time when you want to start construction. If count comes 5, 7, 9, 12, 19, 26 means earth is sleeping. Please do not disturb the nature. It will be in your favour if you follow the natures law.
Earth also sleeps on 5th, 7th, 9th, 10th, 21st, and 24th Saura days following each sankranti (Day when sun changes sign).
